2. Description of Service
Uplift is a web-based tool that analyzes Odoo custom modules for migration compatibility between versions (14.0 through 19.0). The Service provides automated detection of breaking changes, migration reports, and optional auto-patching capabilities.

- Maintaining your own backups of any modules you upload
- Not attempting to disrupt, overload, or exploit the Service
- Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Uploaded Content
You retain all ownership rights to the modules you upload. By uploading a module, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process and analyze the files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Uploaded files are automatically deleted within one hour of upload.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The analysis will detect all migration issues in your module
- Auto-generated patches will be free of errors or suitable for production use
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results will meet your specific requirements or expectations
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid services. If you are not satisfied with the auto-fix results, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment
- You must provide a reason for the refund request (e.g., fixes did not resolve your issues)
- Refund requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method
- If the auto-fixes did not resolve your migration issues, we may offer additional support before processing a refund
To request a refund, go to your Dashboard, navigate to the Payments section, and click "Request Refund" on the relevant payment. You can also contact us directly through our contact page.
