Uploaded Files
When you upload an Odoo module (.zip file) for analysis, we temporarily store the file on our servers to perform the migration analysis. These files are processed in isolated sessions and are automatically deleted after one hour.
Session Data
We generate temporary session identifiers (UUIDs) to manage your analysis workflow. These sessions do not contain personal information and are automatically cleaned up.
Server Logs
Standard server logs may include IP addresses, browser user agent strings, and request timestamps. These logs are used solely for operational monitoring and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Analyze your Odoo module for migration compatibility issues
- Generate migration reports with actionable recommendations

- Provide downloadable patched module files

4. Data Retention
Uploaded files and session data are automatically deleted within one hour of upload. We do not maintain long-term storage of your module source code or analysis results. Once a session expires, all associated data—including the original upload, working copies, analysis reports, and patched files—are permanently removed from our servers.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data during processing:
- Each upload is processed in an isolated session directory
- Sessions are assigned unique, non-guessable identifiers (UUIDs)
- Uploaded files are validated for type and size before processing
- Automatic cleanup routines remove expired session data
- No user accounts or persistent credentials are required
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your uploaded module code or analysis results with any third parties. Your source code is processed locally on our servers and is never transmitted to external services, AI models, or analytics platforms.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Uplift does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not track your behavior across sessions or websites. The service operates on a stateless, session-based model with no persistent client-side storage.
8. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal information beyond temporary session data, there is minimal personal data to manage. However, you have the right to:
- Refrain from uploading any module you do not wish to be analyzed
- Request information about what data is associated with your session
